Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer in the United States to serve as the trusted technical advisor and primary architect of the customer journey. You will bridge technical strategy with business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment, and expansion.

You will operate as a quota-carrying technologist, focusing on high-value architectural design and measurable business outcomes across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: Partner closely with Account Executives to lead technical deep-dive discovery, capture business requirements, and map complex customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures and bespoke solutions.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: Provide oversight to technical onboarding and implementation, but not execute the implementation, serving as a guide to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes across the customer journey.
