Axon is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end, enterprise-scale deployments for Strategic Enterprise customers worldwide. You will partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into actionable delivery plans, balancing customer needs with product capabilities.

The role requires ownership, disciplined execution, and the ability to navigate high-stakes, fast-moving settings while ensuring successful outcomes across multi-product

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in enterprise SaaS, hardware-enabled platforms, or mission-critical environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics for executive and technical audiences.
• Strong program-management fundamentals including scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs from planning through deployment, acceptance, and adoption.
• Lead multiple high-impact programs with disciplined control over scope, timeline, dependencies and risk.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into executable delivery plans and tradeoffs.
• Serve as trusted program lead for customers and internal stakeholders, providing clarity and calm leadership.
• Drive alignment across Sales, PSO, Engineering, Product, and external partners to focus on critical work.
