Axon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale deployments for strategic customers worldwide. You will own programs end-to-end, collaborating with product, engineering, and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into concrete execution plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in enterprise settings
• Strong track record delivering large-scale deployments for enterprise/global customers
• Fundamentals of program management: scope, schedule, risk, dependencies and change management
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication, translating complex tech to execs, tech teams and customers
• Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously with focus on priorities
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with scalable solutions
• Experience implementing process improvements to delivery quality and outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent; PMP preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs for Strategic and Global customers
• Lead multiple high-impact programs, managing scope, timeline, dependencies, and risk
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into delivery plans
• Serve as a trusted program lead for customers and internal stakeholders
• Drive alignment across Sales, PSO, Engineering, Product, and external partners
• Anticipate risks early and mitigate issues before they impact delivery
• Lead program-level change management as requirements evolve
• Communicate complex topics with precision to executive and frontline audiences
• Identify delivery gaps and help scale repeatable, enterprise-ready execution models
• Mentor peers and raise the bar for program execution across the org
