Handshake is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Customer Success professional to partner with employer clients and help them meet hiring goals. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, drive product adoption, and translate business needs into actionable success plans.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, or Account Management in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company.
• Experience facilitating meetings and delivering product training.
• Strong collaboration with external partners and cross-functional teams.
