Handshake is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success. You will partner with our Enterprise employer partners to ensure they achieve their hiring goals, drive adoption across recruiting teams and ensure they are seeing value in the Handshake product.

The role is remote-friendly, but candidates within commuting distance of our SF or NYC office are expected to be onsite 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, or Account Management
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, or tech
• Ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders
• Provide expert consultation and training to employer partners on Handshake workflows

Responsabilités
