Job summary

Omnea is redefining enterprise procurement with an AI-native platform that unifies people, processes, and systems. You will own the most complex enterprise deals end to end, guiding discovery with senior stakeholders and translating findings into strategic investments.

You will shape GTM strategy, coach a growing Solutions Consulting team, and drive scalable playbooks while ensuring measurable ROI for clients and the company.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years in enterprise sales engineering, solutions engineering, or senior technical consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience growing and building teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Omnea's largest, high-stakes enterprise deals, coordinating discovery with Heads of Procurement, IT, Security, and Finance.
• Present outcomes and roadmaps to executives up to C-level, framing ROI.
• Coach and scale the pod through discovery calls, demos, and POC reviews.
• Build repeatable playbooks, demos, and talk tracks for the team.
