Job summary

Omnea Limited is seeking an AI Solutions Lead to own end-to-end deployment of the Omnea platform for enterprise customers. You will translate customer procurement processes into Omnea configurations, guide AI-assisted build work, and validate outputs against policy and real-world needs.

You’ll navigate enterprise politics, ensure timely go-lives, and deliver CSAT improvements. This early-hire role sits on the customer team, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering leaders to drive

• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise deployments and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to guide AI to generate accurate, actionable configurations.

Responsibilities

• Discover and design procurement workflows for enterprise configurations.
• Lead AI-assisted build work and validate outputs against customer needs and policies.
• Coordinate 3–5 deployments concurrently with cross-functional teams.
• Present configurations to stakeholders and drive buy-in across Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Define success criteria and ensure go-live with measurable CSAT impact.
