Job summary

Omnea is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to work directly with strategic customers, translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions across procurement, finance, and supply chain. You will design scalable AI architectures, build prototypes, and drive value realization through workshops and hands-on implementations.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/solutions consulting, strong communication with executives, and the ability to lead in-person engagements on Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, data / AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, customer-facing solution architecture, or customer-facing AI roles.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders.
• Understanding of business processes across procurement, finance, and supply chain.
• Ability to translate high-level business needs into specific AI use cases.
• Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
• Ability to measure business impact and communicate outcomes using relevant metrics.
• Hands-on experience identifying, designing, and building automations or AI-driven solutions for repeatable processes.
• Permanent employment; not a contractor position.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with strategic customers to understand objectives and challenges

• Build prototypes and proof-of-value solutions
• Demonstrate solution value to business and technical stakeholders
• Facilitate customer workshops, hackathons, and innovation sessions

• Develop domain expertise in industries or business domains such as supply chain and finance
• Share domain knowledge and AI learnings across the organization
• Grow Omnea’s footprint within customer accounts
