Job summary

Omnea seeks an AI Solutions Lead to own end-to-end deployment of our AI-powered procurement platform for major enterprise customers across Europe and the US. You will advise on optimal configurations, direct AI-assisted build work, and validate outputs against real customer needs and governance policies.

You will be an early hire on the customer team, coordinating with sales, product, and engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in a fast-paced environment (startup, scale-up, consulting, banking, or equivalent).
• Comfort directing AI tools to produce first-draft work and evaluating outcomes.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment of the Omnea platform end-to-end for 3-5 enterprise deployments.
• Advise customers on configuration and drive AI-assisted build work to speed outcomes.
• Validate AI outputs against customer processes, policy, and edge cases.
• Present configured workflows to stakeholders and secure buy-in for go-live.
• Track post-go-live adoption and outcomes like CSAT and time-to-launch.
