Job summary

Zoom is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to lead enterprise-level technical engagements across Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered solutions in a hybrid environment. You will partner with Strategic Accounts to architect full-platform solutions, run POCs, translate customer requirements into product requests, and help accelerate complex deals with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers in technical pre-sales, with understanding of the sales cycle and urgency.
• Wide knowledge of the UCaaS stack including SaaS collaboration, cloud voice, contact center, video, and unified communications.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, networking security practices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong interest and hands-on experience in AI use cases and enterprise AI solutions.
• Natural rapport-builder with business acumen and ability to engage with AEs, executives, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales engagements across the full Zoom platform (Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, AI).
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs tailored to complex enterprise challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive internal feature requests.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to decision-makers at multiple levels.
• Gather market intel and competitive insights to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage RFPs/RFQs and remove blockers to accelerate deals.
