AlertMedia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise, to partner with our Enterprise Sales team and serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey. You will lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, validate integrations, and guide customers through technical evaluations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales for enterprise SaaS.
• Experience partnering with Enterprise Account Executives on complex sales cycles.
• Strong consultative problem-solving to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Experience leading technical discovery, design, demos, and evaluations.
• Fluent with APIs, security concepts, cloud integrations, and modern SaaS architecture.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to developers, architects, admins, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive technical strategy and wins.
• Lead technical discovery sessions covering objectives, environments, integrations, security, and success criteria.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to technical and business goals.
• Design evaluations, PoCs, and pilot programs validating AlertMedia in enterprise environments.
• Own technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders and document best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CS, and Marketing to relay feedback and opportunities.
