Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Sr Solutions Engineer to join our team as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers. This remote role partners with sales and account management to translate product capabilities into clear business value through presentations, demonstrations, and consultative guidance.
You will collaborate across internal teams to share expertise, shape opportunity strategy, and help move deals forward.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant technical field.
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related area.
- Experience as a Sales Engineer with enterprise customers.
- Proficient in traffic management and load-balancing technologies.
- Knowledge of HTTP, web servers, and associated protocols.
- Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps environments.
Responsibilities
- Articulate the company's product strategy and value proposition to customers.
- Provide technical expertise through presentations and demonstrations.
- Mentor sales teams on the value of the company's solutions.
- Identify and map out organizational structures for sales opportunities.
- Drive the sales process in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Deliver world-class customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and expertise.
