Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with enterprise clients adopting the Enterprise Suite. You will collaborate with client technology and business teams from discovery through trial, implementation, and launch, coordinating with Account Management.

In this role you will help clients decide what to build, get it into production, and expand usage over time, earning trust through hands-on engineering and deep API knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing technical role for enterprise clients.
• Experience translating technical details for business stakeholders.
• Hands-on software engineering experience and debugging code.
• Familiarity with REST or GraphQL APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical discovery with client teams and map architectures.
• Lead proofs of concept and trials to show fit for Enterprise Suite.
• Guide clients from discovery to production and support integrations.
• Authenticate GraphQL requests, deploy across cloud, configure SSO/SCIM.
• Own escalations and provide feedback to Engineering and Product.
