Job summary

Everbridge is seeking a Remote Mid-West Enterprise Sales Engineer to deliver expert consulting, training, and product demonstrations for corporate, government, and healthcare clients across North America.

You will design and implement CEM solutions, tailor training curricula, and coordinate with sales, product, and professional services to ensure successful deployments while meeting live dates and budgets.

Qualifications

8+ years in a consulting or customer-facing training role in a technology provider serving corporate customers.
Proven track record coordinating internal departments and resources to solve complex customer challenges.
Experience developing or tailoring training curricula for specific customers.
Strong problem analysis and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Work with customers to understand how Everbridge Suite will be used for enterprise-level CEM deployment.
Analyze customer processes and recommend solutions to close gaps.
Present instructor-led, lab-centric training following a standard curriculum.
Provide best-practices guidance that can be implemented via consulting services.
Design customized product demonstrations to show the full value proposition.
Input into future product functionality based on client interactions.
Provide professional services for specialized implementations and on-time delivery.
Document client communications and update CRM (Salesforce.com).
Maintain proactive, clear communication of status to deliverables.
