Job summary

Sigma Computing is seeking an Enterprise Solution Engineer to support the Southeast / Mid-Atlantic region. This remote-US role collaborates with Sales, Engineering, and Support to deliver compelling demos and presales activities for customers adopting Sigma's cloud-native BI platform.

You will guide discovery sessions, build prototypes, respond to RFPs, and drive technical wins across new and existing accounts, with travel about 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business intelligence experience.
• Customer relationship skills.
• Strong understanding of database concepts.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses incl. Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery.
• 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Understand and uncover business challenges through targeted discovery sessions.
• Define and showcase solution prototypes with business users.
• Build and present customized demos for customers, trade shows, and webinars.
• Convey the business value of Sigma platform to stakeholders at all levels.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with product, technical, and security details.
• Participate in product and technology certifications to grow skills.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, Product, Engineering, and Support as a team.
• Advise on integration and data migration approaches for enterprise sales.
• Manage multiple customer engagements and meet quarterly objectives.
• Become a Sigma champion and product expert for prospects and customers.
