Sigma Computing is seeking a Senior Customer Success Architect to provide post-sales technical leadership in BI and analytics implementations for customers across the United States. You will advise on best practices, performance, security, and API access, and deliver tailored analytics solutions in customer environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of business intelligence experience in a customer-facing technical role (customer success or consulting).
• Experience with database concepts and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, React, GraphQL, and GitHub.
• ETL experience and ability to design/tune BI solutions for customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on Sigma implementation, performance, security, embedded analytics, and API access.
• Design and develop tailored BI and analytics solutions in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot deployed solutions and share customer feedback with product teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to deliver and improve customer solutions.
