Job summary

Sigma Computing in San Francisco is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to partner with sales teams, lead discovery, build prototypes, and deliver tailored demos of the Sigma analytics platform.

You will explain value to executives, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and develop knowledge across data warehousing, BI, and security. This on-site role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of analytics, BI, or sales engineering experience.
• Strong customer relationship skills and understanding of database concepts.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Bachelor’s degree in technical/analytics field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with customers.
• Build and present customized demos and prototypes.
• Explain business value and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Manage multiple engagements and achieve quarterly objectives.
