Linear is seeking a remote-first Solutions Engineer to act as the primary technical partner for strategic prospects and customers. You will drive complex technical engagements, demonstrate product value through tailored demos, migrations, and integrations, and accelerate ramp for new sales hires by codifying best practices.

In this role, you’ll showcase architecture to stakeholders, design large-scale migrations, and build enterprise-grade demo environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre‑Sales, or similar in a SaaS company
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale deals
• Ability to translate complex tech to both engineers and executives

Responsibilities

• Articulate Linear’s architecture, data model, and integration patterns to engineering and product teams
• Design, plan, and execute large-scale migrations, custom configurations, and API integrations
• Build and maintain realistic demo instances mirroring enterprise workflows
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to create technical training materials and exemplar playbooks
• Serve as the go-to technical resource for high-priority accounts and support post-sale adoption
