Job summary

Verkada is seeking an Enterprise Field Solutions Engineer focused on State accounts. You will partner with territory account executives to expand Verkada’s footprint in Fortune 500 companies, designing deployments and providing technical assistance during the sales process.

The role requires regular travel, a strong background in security, networking, and cloud platforms, and excellent communication with customers and partners across all levels of an organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Sales Engineer with Fortune 500 experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or security field.
• Solid networking knowledge: HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, Firewalls.
• Industry certifications: AWS, CCNA/CCNP/CCDA, MCSE, CEH, Security+, A+, Azure, CISSP, CSP.
• Experience with Active Directory, SAML/SCIM, APIs, Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leader for the full Verkada product suite throughout the sales process.
• Overcome objections and secure the technical win for Verkada.
• Evangelize Verkada solutions to executives, IT leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Travel more than 50% of the time domestically and internationally as needed.
