Verkada is seeking a Federal Field Solutions Engineer based in the Western US with Cloud Security, IoT, Networking, Linux, and security surveillance expertise. You will partner with territory account executives to expand upmarket into Fortune 500s, interfacing with customers and guiding deployments while traveling frequently to support engagements.

The role requires independent, rapid learning, strong communication, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executives and IT

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Sales Engineer with Fortune 500 exposure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or security field.
• Strong networking background (VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, firewalls).

Responsabilités

• Be the subject matter authority on Verkada products and articulate value.
• Overcome objections and secure the technical win.
• Present Verkada solutions to C-level and IT leaders; educate partners and staff.
• Travel more than 50% of the time domestically and internationally.
