Verkada seeks a Federal Field Solutions Engineer based in the Western US with expertise in Cloud Security, IoT, Networking, Linux systems, Security Surveillance, and Access Control. You will partner with territory account executives to expand Verkada into Fortune 500 companies, designing deployments and providing technical assistance throughout the sales cycle.

You will travel regularly (50%+) to engage customers and partners, overcome objections, and win technical deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or security field from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of Sales Engineer experience with Fortune 500 customers.
• Strong networking knowledge: HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT and firewalls.
• Experience with Active Directory, SAML/SCIM, APIs, Python is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the subject matter authority on Verkada's product suite during the sales process.
• Overcome objections and secure the technical win for Verkada.
• Present Verkada solutions to executives, loss prevention, and IT teams.
• Travel regularly, more than 50% of the time, domestically and internationally as needed.
