Job summary

Verkada is seeking an Enterprise Field Solutions Engineer for the Northeast SLED market. You will partner with territory account executives to extend Verkada’s footprint into Fortune 500 organizations, interfacing with customers through the sales process, addressing technical objections, and helping design deployments of Verkada products.

The role requires independent work, quick learning, and travel—often over 50% of the time—to support customers and partners across the Northeast and beyond,

Qualifications

3+ years as a Sales Engineer with Fortune 500 experience.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or security field.
Strong networking knowledge: HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, Firewalls.
Certifications: AWS, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, Security+.
Experience with Active Directory, SAML/SCIM, APIs and Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

Be the subject matter authority on Verkada's product suite and articulate value to customers.
Overcome objections and secure the technical win during sales cycles.
Present Verkada solutions to executives, loss prevention managers, and IT leaders; train partners and customers.
