Job summary

TeamViewer Germany GmbH is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Enterprise IT team. You will act as SME for IT and DEX portfolios, deliver demos, and collaborate with Sales to shape customer solutions.

You will lead discovery sessions, design proposals, drive POCs, and provide hands-on guidance across IT environments while engaging executives and stakeholders worldwide. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS or IS or equivalent
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related customer-facing technical role
• Strong expertise in enterprise IT, endpoint management, remote connectivity, DEX platforms, SaaS including RMM/ITSM/Asset Management/Observability
• Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud tech, and security best practices
• Proven ability to engage IT to C-level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on TeamViewer's IT and DEX portfolio with demos, workshops, and presentations for technical and executive audiences
• Lead discovery sessions and design tailored solutions, proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation
• Drive POCs, POVs, and pilots with hands-on guidance, validate outcomes, and present recommendations
• Partner with Sales through the customer lifecycle; support RFx and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions
