Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as a subject-matter expert on our IT and DEX portfolio, delivering demos and workshops to technical and executive audiences.

You will lead discovery, design tailored solutions and proposals, drive POCs and pilots, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer success and drive future product innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related customer-facing role.
• Strong expertise in enterprise IT environments, endpoint management, remote connectivity, DEX, and SaaS tools (RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, Observability).
• Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud technologies, and security best practices.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for IT practitioners and C-level executives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation and relationship-building skills; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on TeamViewer's IT and DEX portfolio with demos and workshops.
• Lead discovery sessions and design tailored solutions, proposals, SOWs and technical docs.
• Drive POCs, POVs, and pilots with hands-on guidance and analysis of outcomes.
• Partner with Sales throughout the customer lifecycle; support RFx and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
• Stay current on industry trends in enterprise IT and DEX.
