Job summary

Motive seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer for the Enterprise team to drive successful outcomes for our Enterprise customers. You will partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, demonstrate Motive’s value, and advise technical and business stakeholders to influence buying decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Willing to travel 30%+ and handle customer-facing activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise AEs to shape deal strategy and run discovery.
• Deliver high-impact demos tailored to technical, operational, and business audiences.
• Translate customer challenges into clear, measurable Motive solutions.
• Develop deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and displacement opportunities.
• Establish yourself as a product authority and guide conversations on future innovations.
• Collaborate on RFIs/RFPs and align with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
