Job summary

Motive seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to enable Enterprise customers by aligning technical solutions with business outcomes. You’ll work with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, deliver compelling demos, and serve as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders.

You’ll translate complex challenges into actionable architectures, develop deep product expertise, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive growth while ensuring customer

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise-level pre-sales or solutions engineering for SaaS or hardware.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical and business outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive audiences.
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to shape deal strategy, drive discovery conversations, and deliver high-impact demonstrations that influence executive-level decisions
• Showcase Motive’s value by tailoring demos across technical, operational, and business audiences, as a trusted advisor
• Translate complex customer challenges into clear, measurable solutions with business impact
• Develop deep expertise in the competitive landscape and contribute to winning strategic opportunities
• Establish yourself as a product authority—master the platform and discuss future innovations
• Collaborate on RFIs and RFPs to position Motive as the partner of choice for Enterprise customers
• Act as a visible connector between Sales and cross-functional teams to drive improvement and innovation
