Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for our Enterprise team. The role partners with Account Executives to shape strategy, demonstrates platform value, and advises technical and business stakeholders.

You will map customer challenges to Motive solutions and influence purchasing decisions. Reporting to an Enterprise Solutions Engineering leader, you’ll collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer needs are met while driving growth and strategic

Qualifications

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to shape deal strategy and run high-impact demonstrations.
You will translate customer challenges into concrete, measurable solutions and influence buying decisions.
Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role with SaaS and hardware familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with Enterprise AEs to shape deal strategy and discovery conversations.
Deliver tailored demos that resonate with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
Translate complex challenges into clear solutions with measurable outcomes.
Develop expertise on competitive landscape and win strategic displacement opportunities.
Establish product authority and contribute to conversations on future innovations.
Collaborate on RFIs/RFPs and connect Sales with cross-functional teams.
