Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to serve as the core driver of our technical go-to-market strategy for enterprise clients. You will bridge technical strategy and business value, guiding pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment architecture, and full lifecycle expansion.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong architectural and problem-solving capabilities for enterprise networks and security.

Responsibilities

Lead technical deep-dive discovery with account teams and map requirements to Cloudflare architectures.
Own onboarding, deployment architecture, and expansion strategies for customers.
Carry a quota tied to new business and account growth; drive QBRs and value realization.
Act as a trusted advisor on architecture, AI control layers, security posture and deployment confidence.
Leverage AI-driven workflows to automate routine tasks and increase time for high-value work.
Collaborate with Enablement to produce SOPs, guides, and best-practice materials.
