Job summary
Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to be a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales validation through onboarding and expansion. You will bridge technical strategy and business value, guiding enterprise clients with AI-augmented workflows to reduce administrative toil and deliver high-value architectural outcomes.

Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Eng, Customer Eng, or Sales Eng).
- Architectural mindset for enterprise network and security designs.
- Strong communication to translate technical concepts to business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical deep-dive discovery with AEs and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
- Design migration blueprints and guide on onboarding without executing deployments.
- Own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategy with customers.
- Lead QBRs translating platform capabilities into business ROI for executives.
- Leverage AI to automate routine CE workflows and improve efficiency.
