Job summary

DocuSign is seeking an experienced Lead Solution Consultant to partner with Enterprise presales and Field Sales in discovering customer challenges and architecting integrated solutions using the Docusign platform. You will build world-class demonstrations and articulate the business value of modernizing an organization’s System of Agreement.

This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Solution Consulting and requires strong storytelling, technical credibility, and collaboration

Qualifications

• 8+ years in an Enterprise presales role selling SaaS to Enterprise customers.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWS and RFIs.
• Experience engaging with executive-level staff, including C-suite leaders and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Solutions Consulting and Field Sales to secure net-new business and deliver on revenue plans.
• Uncover and document complex customer challenges, processes and enterprise architecture.
• Engage in business and technical conversations with Procurement, Sales and Legal teams and share industry insights.
• Demonstrate value through presentations, custom product demonstrations, Q&A and process diagrams.
• Articulate recommendations and business value to diverse audiences.
• Work with sales partners and internal teams to provide a world-class buying experience.
• Understand CLM space and showcase Docusign platform features and roadmap.
• Sell based on value selling methodologies defined by the company.
• Communicate and champion secure practices and certifications.
