Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Lead Solution Consultant to partner with Enterprise presales and Field Sales to uncover and solve complex business challenges using the Docusign platform. This role emphasizes value-based storytelling, demonstrations, and collaboration across Sales, Legal, and Procurement to secure strategic opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of Solution Consulting, you will own and articulate business value, craft custom demonstrations, and guide customers through architectural

Qualifications

• 8+ years prior experience in an Enterprise presales role selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
• Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWS, RFPs and RFIs
• Experience engaging with executive-level staff, including C-suite leaders and senior management

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to secure net-new business within an assigned territory and targeted accounts
• Document complex customer challenges and enterprise architecture within territory
• Lead value-based conversations and build demonstrations showcasing Docusign's platform
• Demonstrate proficiency in core CLM features and product roadmap discussions
• Deliver compelling technical and business value to diverse audiences
• Share best practices and support a world-class buying experience with peers and partners
• Understand the CLM space and articulate the value of Docusign solutions
• Sell based on value selling methodologies defined by the company
• Communicate and champion security practices that make Docusign trusted
