Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to own technical strategy for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets. You will lead architecture workshops, translate requirements into end-to-end Arctera-ecosystem solutions, and collaborate with sales leadership to align technical and commercial objectives.

You will differentiate Arctera technically, manage risk, and guide executives through technical deep dives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology or senior technical sales roles.
• Experience leading complex global B2B SaaS sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS/cloud architectures and integrations.
• Travel internationally as required to support opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy and win plans for strategic opportunities.
• Lead architectural workshops and executive-level technical discussions.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies during sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on capability gaps.
