Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise projects using waterfall and agile methodologies
• 1+ years experience in PACE Industries
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Data360, or Agentforce in enterprise settings

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor for PACE clients and drive business value with Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, or Data360
• Guide clients in deploying emerging technologies to increase value
• Lead multiple workstreams and ensure win-ready deliverables and ROI
• Communicate effectively with C-suite and senior stakeholders
• Identify risks and drive resolution to keep programs on track
• Articulate program strategies and align with Salesforce platform capabilities
