Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to champion the PACE organization, focusing on Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Contact Center, and Data360 for enterprise clients in the United States.

You’ll lead workstreams, advise customers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define architectures, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure ROI while navigating complex programs and stakeholder needs across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud, Data360, and/or Agentforce in PACE industries.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic, trusted advisor for PACE industry clients, leveraging deep expertise in Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Contact Center, and/or Data360 to drive business value.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies to increase value.
• Lead discovery sessions and define business requirements and design systems.
