Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to champion our PACE organization, focusing on Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Contact Center, and Data360 for large enterprise customers.

You will lead workstreams, serve as a trusted advisor, and partner with customers and partners to deliver strategic, scalable solutions. Travel up to 50% may be required, with a strong emphasis on driving outcomes and executive-level collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with configuration and customization with Marketing Cloud and/or Data360 along with PACE Industry specific experience.
• Ability to drive agentic delivery, with experience in AI toolchains (eg. Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud).
• Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape and delivering comprehensive solutions to enable business outcomes.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system designs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic, trusted advisor for PACE industry clients focusing on Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Contact Center, and/or Data360.
• Guide customers in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies to drive business value.
• Lead delivery across workstreams and ensure customer acceptance of delivered solutions.
• Maintain strong communication with customer stakeholders and co-create the vision with the client.
