Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services is seeking a Solution Architect to champion our PACE organization, focusing on Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Contact Center and/or Data360. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading workstreams in enterprise deployments and delivering measurable ROI for our largest customers.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise projects using both waterfall and agile methods.
1+ years’ experience with the PACE Industries domain.
Experience with Marketing Cloud and/or Data360.
Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic advisor for Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Contact Center, and Data360.
Lead workstreams in complex enterprise engagements with cross-functional teams.
Identify risks, manage requirements, and drive program outcomes.
Present solution options and obtain customer acceptance.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with ROI.
