Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic, trusted advisor for PACE industry clients, leveraging deep expertise to drive business value.
• Guide customers in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies to increase business value.
• Guiding agents to support delivery outcomes.
• Work collaboratively and communicate complex concepts clearly across client organizations.
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas and ensure issue resolution.
• Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions with customer and partners.
• Review and adjust project direction and artifacts to keep programs on track.
• Drive program vision and articulate strategies to enable Salesforce technologies.
