Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to champion the PACE organization, focusing on Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Contact Center and Data360. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and platform expert guiding large, complex enterprise customers.

Lead one or more workstreams, drive ROI, and ensure deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams across CRM, data, and AI toolchains. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Marketing Cloud and/or Data360 and PACE Industry experience.
• Ability to lead enterprise-level engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Proven track record in delivering customer ROI through architecture

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic, trusted advisor leveraging Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Contact Center, and/or Data360.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies to increase business value.
• Lead workstreams in sophisticated enterprise engagements and ensure deliverables.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and co-create actionable solutions.
• Identify risks and drive issues to resolution while maintaining program direction.
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate complex solutions with partners.
• Review program direction to keep solutions extensible and maintainable.
• Articulate program strategies enabling Salesforce platform technologies.
