Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to champion the PACE organization and Agentforce Contact Center for large enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, defining architecture, guiding deployments, and driving value across program workstreams.

You will lead discovery, write requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver ROI while managing risk and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering or related quantitative discipline; equivalent work experience considered.
• Proven results delivering high-value outcomes using an agile approach.
• Proven results leading customer and/or partner success stories.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications and accreditations are a plus.
• Consulting experience strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic, trusted advisor for PACE industry clients, leveraging deep expertise in Agentforce Contact Center.
• Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
• Lead discovery sessions, define business requirements, and craft detailed system designs.
• Write user stories and provide architectural artifacts for implementation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders; present viewpoints and rationale clearly.
• Manage risk areas and ensure issues are resolved to completion.
• Drive program vision and enable technologies including the Salesforce platform.
