Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to champion the PACE organization and serve as a trusted platform expert for Agentforce Contact Center among our largest enterprise customers.

You will lead one or more workstreams, partner with colleagues, and translate complex business needs into scalable solutions while guiding delivery and stakeholder alignment across client teams and Salesforce resources.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Agentforce Contact Center configuration and customization.
• Experience with AI toolchains and deploying emerging technologies.
• Proven results in defining system architectures and delivering comprehensive solutions.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing user stories.
• Experience documenting business processes and designing system diagrams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor for PACE industry clients and Agentforce Contact Center.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies to drive business value.
• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery outcomes across client teams.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify and manage risks; keep programs on track and extendable.
