Qualifikationen

• Experience in project management and coordinating large deployments.
• Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
• Understanding of software and hardware implementation in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across North America.

Aufgaben

• Provide consulting, test and evaluations, and deployment needs assessments for pre-sale
• Plan, coordinate, and execute program implementations for Axon’s product suite, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of hardware and software solutions
• Oversee large and/or complex deployments with defined scope and timelines
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including C-Suite, IT Directors, and Security Directors to drive adoption
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans and maintain deployment milestones documentation
• Document customer feature requests and issues for feedback to sales, product management and internal teams
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product Management to ensure a unified approach
• Utilize Smartsheets to manage timelines, resources, and status reporting
