Axon is seeking a Professional Services Manager to drive pre-sale and post-sale initiatives for our evidence and body-worn camera products. You will manage deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and partner with sales and product management to maximize customer value.

Location is remote within the United States with up to 75% travel. Base pay ranges from $78,525 to $125,640 USD annually, with opportunities in a dynamic, mission-driven environment and a strong focus on customer outcomes.

Formación

• Extensive project management experience with coordinating complex deployments.
• Strong communication to align executives, IT and security stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, track, and deliver multi-phase implementations.
• Experience in SaaS implementations and hardware/software integration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-sale consulting, evaluations and deployment needs assessments.
• Plan and execute large-scale product deployments and ensure seamless integration.
• Oversee timelines, scope and stakeholder communications for projects.
• Engage with C-suite and IT leaders to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans and documentation.
• Capture customer feature requests and feedback for internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Product Management.
• Use Smartsheets to manage timelines and resources.
