Axon is hiring a Professional Services Manager to lead pre-sale and post-sale deployments of Evidence.com, body-worn cameras, and professional services packages. You will manage deployments, coordinating with executives and IT security leaders to ensure successful adoption across customer environments.

The role requires strong project management, SaaS experience, and willingness to travel up to NA 75% while working remotely from the United States.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Extensive experience in project management, including coordination and resource tracking.
• Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
• Understanding of software and hardware implementation, particularly in SaaS environments.

Aufgaben

• Engage with executives and program managers to provide consulting, tests, evaluations and deployment needs assessments.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute program implementations for Axon’s product suite with seamless integration.
• Oversee large deployments with clear scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with C-Suite, IT leaders, and Security Directors to ensure adoption of Axon products.
