Amazon Connect is a fast-growing AWS service delivering cloud contact center solutions. We seek an Enterprise Sales Specialist to drive revenue with State, Local, and Education customers across the Eastern US.

You will build strategic relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, collaborate with Solutions Architects, field teams, and partners, and articulate compelling value propositions that translate into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical sales in B2B environments.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with customer experience solutions and SaaS selling.
• Experience in the public sector.

Responsibilities
