Amazon Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to help establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect and related SaaS offerings.

The role requires enterprise sales exposure, cross-functional collaboration with Solutions Architects, partners, and executive-level engagements across large accounts. The ideal candidate will drive revenue, develop go-to-market plans, and build strong relationships with customers and partners while navigating complex pricing and multi-vendor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers.
• 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEM’s to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
