Amazon Connect sales specialist role in the US focuses on transforming customer experiences for state and local education sectors. You will own end-to-end GTM strategy, liaise with executives, and position Connect as a strategic CCaaS solution with AI-powered capabilities.

We seek a seasoned enterprise salesperson with a track record in CX/CCaaS, and the ability to operate tactically and strategically, across multiple territories.

Formación

• 7+ years of technical sales in B2B environments or similar solution-sales context.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and cloud-based services.
• Experience selling customer experience solutions and SaaS products.
• Experience in public sector markets is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth and market penetration for Amazon Connect across State, Local, and Education customers.
• Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies targeting large accounts.
• Build executive-level relationships with CXO stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, field teams, and partners to extend reach.
