Beacon Talent is representing a fast-scaling enterprise security software company hiring an Enterprise Account Executive in the Los Angeles area. You will own full-cycle enterprise sales from first meeting to close, targeting 1,000+ employee organizations with a 250K+ average deal size and a six-month sales cycle.

You will report directly to founders and senior leadership, joining an established team during a period of rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in direct software sales.
• 3+ years carrying an enterprise quota.
• Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals at 1,000+ employee companies.
• Full-cycle ownership from prospecting to close.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the greater LA area for an on-site role (5 days).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle enterprise sales — first meeting through close — for net-new logos at organizations with 1,000+ employees.
• Sell into physical security buying centers: GSOC directors, physical security leaders, risk and operations executives.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder evaluations that typically include a paid pilot, technical evaluation, and executive sign-off across security, IT, and procurement.
• Build and manage your own pipeline alongside a shared SDR resource.
