Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large and multi-stakeholder.

You will manage the full cycle on large deals, from discovery to negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months, dealing with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders to expand across locations.

Qualifications

• History of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative cycles with several decision-makers.
• Prefer closing over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for large, multi-location deals.
• Collaborate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand accounts by adding locations and services after signing.
• Create proposals with strategists for the deals that matter.
