F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – AI Security Platform to lead a US-based team of Enterprise Account Executives and AI Product Specialists.

This remote/field-based role covers nationwide accounts across the United States. You will own US revenue targets for CalypsoAI, drive a rigorous sales cadence (MEDDIC, Command of the Message), and collaborate with enterprise sales and channel partners to accelerate high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales leadership in enterprise software.
• 7+ years in quota-driven enterprise cybersecurity software.
• Experience with MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or Challenger.
• Experience running an overlay sales motion with two-tier channel ecosystems.
• Strong ability to engage C-suite (CISO, CIO, CTO, Risk/Compliance).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a field sales team of Enterprise Account Executives and AI Product Specialists across the US.
• Drive the annual US revenue targets for the CalypsoAI portfolio and manage pipeline and forecasts.
• Lead cadenced sales execution and collaborate with core sales leaders and channel partners.
• Engage with senior executives on strategic opportunities and negotiate EVP/POV engagements.
