Job summary

F5 seeks a Senior Sales Manager – AI Security Platform (US) to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives and AI Product Specialists. You will direct go-to-market for the CalypsoAI portfolio, manage high-stakes enterprise cycles, and drive rapid adoption of the AI security platform across the United States.

You will coach the team through complex deals, collaborate with core sales and channel partners, and position AI security at the intersection of threat vectors and enterprise security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales leadership in enterprise software
• 7+ years of quota-driven experience in cybersecurity software sales
• Experience with MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or Challenger
• Matrixed overlay sales with two-tier channel ecosystems
• Strong C-level relationship skills (CIO/CISO)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/CS or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote field sales team of Enterprise Account Executives and AI Product Specialists across the US
• Drive annual US revenue and quota attainment for the CalypsoAI portfolio
• Coach on MEDDIC, forecasting cadence, and pipeline hygiene
• Collaborate with core sales leaders, overlays, and channel partners to accelerate high-value pipeline
• Engage executive stakeholders on strategic opportunities and ROI discussions
